All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities and change product descriptions or pricing at any time without notice. Prices are listed in AUD.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations may occur between items. These are not considered faults but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted Jewellery.
5. Payments
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, including credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Shipping
We ship from Brisbane, Australia. Shipping timelines and delivery windows are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. You can read our full Shipping Policy for more details.
7. Returns & Resizing
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer exchanges with a restocking fee, and one complimentary ring resizing. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or resizing. Please refer to our Returns, Exchanges & Resizing Policy for complete details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site โ including text, images, designs, logos, and product photography โ is the property of Konara Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
