Refund policy

At Konara Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted in our Brisbane workshop with care and intention. Because our jewellery is made-to-order, we do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind. We do want you to get a piece that fits, so we do offer resizes on our rings (you cover shipping). To request an exchange or resizing, please contact rory@konarajewellery.com. 

Ring Resizing

We offer a one-time complimentary resizing for rings which must be requested within 14 days of delivery:

  • Rings can be adjusted up to two AU/UK sizes up or down (or one US size). Eg. size R (US 8.75) can be resized down to P (US 7.75) or up to T (US 9.75).
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our workshop.

To request a resize, email rory@konarajewellery.com with your order number and the new size required.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately. Please include clear photos and your order number. If the issue is deemed a fault, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost.

Please note that handmade variations in texture, patina, or shape are not considered faults.
