Atย Konara Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted to order in our Brisbane workshop. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Times

Each piece is made to order, so please allow 4-6 weeks (depending on current order volumes) for your jewellery to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment.
This timeframe does not include shipping time.

Weโ€™ll notify you via email when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Domestic: $10

International: $15

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal service.
Once dispatched, the approximate delivery times to metro areas are:

  • Domestic (Australia): 2โ€“8 business days
  • New Zealand: 6-9 business days
  • UK : 5-10 business days
  • Europe : 5-10 business days
  • US: 5-9 business days
  • Canada: 9-13 business days

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen global shipping disruptions.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country upon arrival. Konara Jewellery is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs procedures.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Once your item has shipped, youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcelโ€™s progress.
If you do not receive this email within 6 weeks of placing your order, please contact us at rory@konarajewellery.com.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

We do our best to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and on time.
However, once your order has been handed over to the postal service, Konara Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered.


Returns, Exchanges & Resizing

All returns, exchanges, and resizing requests are handled in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges and Resizing Policy.
Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
For resizing, exchange, or faulty item support, please contact us at rory@konarajewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your item.


Konara Shipping Protection

Sometimes, logistics don't go as planned. While we partner with the most reliable carriers to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, we understand that transit issues can occur.

To provide total peace of mind, we offer Konara Shipping Protection for a small fee at checkout. When selected, you are 100% covered. If your order encounters any of the following issues, you are eligible for a priority replacement.

Damaged During Transit

  • Mishandling: If your jewellery arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling.

  • Note: To process these claims, we kindly request photo or video evidence of the packaging and the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Stolen Package: Tracking shows the package was "Delivered," but it was stolen or is missing from your property.

  • Misdelivery: You provided the correct address, but the carrier delivered the package to the wrong location.

  • Presumed Lost: The tracking has "ghosted" with no updates for more than 7 days (Domestic) or 30 days (International).

  • Exceeded Delivery Date: The package has not been delivered, and more than 48 hours have passed since the carrier's final estimated delivery window.

Incomplete Shipments

  • Partial Delivery: If your order was shipped in multiple packages and one or more fail to arrive (provided there is no evidence of tampering).


Potential Service Interruptions

Please be aware that shipping times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays or seasonal delays

  • Global shipping disruptions or customs delays

  • Local postal service interruptions

We will communicate any known delays promptly via email or website updates.
